ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Orders are not prepared, shipped or delivered during weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a large volume of orders, processing and shipping may take slightly longer. In such cases, delivery times may be extended by a few additional days.

If your order is expected to be significantly delayed, we will notify you by email or phone.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination of the order.

Romania
Shipping cost: 20 RON

European Union countries
Shipping cost: 25 EUR

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier services and external factors that are outside our control.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number associated with your package.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after the shipment confirmation is sent.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders delivered within the European Union generally do not involve customs procedures.

However, Lavysto (ANGELS TEAM WORLDWIDE SRL) is not responsible for any additional charges that may occur during or after shipping.

Any customs duties, local taxes or other charges imposed by authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

Lavysto is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during transport.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Before submitting a claim, please retain all packaging materials and the damaged items, as these may be required during the claim process.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

At this time, we ship orders only within Romania and to countries located in the European Union.

Orders outside the EU are not currently accepted.
