RETURN POLICY

At Lavysto, we offer a 30-day return period, which means you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.

The item must not be worn, used or damaged, and it must include all original tags and packaging.

You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt.

If the return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions regarding how and where to send the package.

Products returned without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please check your order carefully when it arrives.

If the item is defective, damaged during delivery or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and resolve the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain categories of products cannot be returned. These include:

• perishable goods such as food, flowers or plants

• customized or personalized products

• personal care items such as cosmetic or beauty products

• hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Returns are also not accepted for discounted items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a product, the quickest solution is to return the original item.

Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

REFUNDS

After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.

You will then be informed whether the refund has been approved.

If the refund is accepted, the amount will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
